Pałac Wodzickich w Kościelnikach

     Pałac Wodzickich w Kościelnikach to historyczny obiekt położony w Krakowie, w dzielnicy XVIII, w dawnej wsi Kościelniki przy ul. Dybowskiego 2.

 

     Budynek został wzniesiony w 1708 roku z inicjatywy Stefana Morstina według projektu Józefa Pioli, jako barokowy pałac w centrum dawnego założenia obronnego. Później, pod koniec XVIII wieku, przeszedł przebudowę w duchu klasycyzmu zleconą przez Eliasza Wodzickiego, który był kolejnym właścicielem. Pałac był miejscem wakacyjnych pobytów Wojciecha Bogusławskiego i gościł króla Stanisława Augusta Poniatowskiego.

 

     W okresie powstania warszawskiego pałac pełnił funkcję szpitala dla uchodźców z Warszawy, a po wojnie, podczas stacjonowania żołnierzy Armii Czerwonej, doznał znaczących zniszczeń. W 1998 roku majątek został zwrócony rodzinie Wodzickich, a obecnie jest własnością Mariusza Niemca.
